Informer Tool is a professional OSINT and investigative intelligence platform intended for use by law enforcement agencies, government bodies, and authorized professionals only. Due to the sensitive nature of the services provided, the following policy applies strictly:

1. Non-Refundable Services

All subscriptions, licenses, access fees, and service charges paid for Informer Tool are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• User dissatisfaction
• Partial or non-usage of the service
• Change in operational requirements
• Termination of employment or role
• Misinterpretation of features or scope

2. Pre-Subscription Evaluation

A trial, demo, or sample access (where provided) is the only evaluation mechanism. Users are solely responsible for assessing suitability before payment. Completion of payment constitutes full acceptance of the platform “as-is” and “as-available.”

3. No Compensation for Downtime or Maintenance

Informer Tool does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. No refunds, credits, extensions, or compensation shall be issued for:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• System upgrades or security hardening
• Temporary service degradation or outages
• Force majeure events or third-party service failures

4. Termination and Access Revocation

Informer Tool reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:

• The user violates terms of service
• Misuses the platform for unauthorized, illegal, or non-investigative purposes
• Attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or bypass safeguards
• Fails to comply with applicable laws, SOPs, or authorization requirements

5. Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellation (where applicable) only prevents future renewals. It does not entitle the user to any refund, partial or otherwise, for the current or past billing period.

6. Final Authority

All decisions regarding billing, access, suspension, and termination are final and binding, with no scope for dispute, chargeback, or reversal.

By accessing or subscribing to Informer Tool, the user explicitly acknowledges, agrees, and is legally bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
